As someone else said below, it's sorta trashy Harlequin style romance and Bishop can be an arsehole, but I enjoyed playing it because I'm a sucker for trashy romance (and like you, had played Kaidan so much!). I do recommend the new Kaidan Fixes and Update Mod. New lines!

I found myself bored most of the time, and while there certainly is choice of dialogue I didn’t feel like my decisions really mattered.
