DW recommends FP-10 which is a fine product. I use Mobil 1 on all of my firearms including those w/DT- some with 40K+ rounds that remain in perfect condition and function. Proper maintenance is the key.

The manual clearly states FP-10, Millitec-1 or Dan Wesson rail lube (looks like FP-10 to me) for break in. I can't help but think the grease you applied to the rails is the cause of the problem. That said, the FAQ listing TW25b grease is confusing.
