It can happen due to improper graphics card installation in PCIe x16 slot, faulty video cable, driver issues, graphics card compatibility issues, faulty display cable, motherboard issues (faulty mobo or PCIe slot), power supply (PSU), BIOS settings, etc. WebIssue: My GPU (nVidia 1070) has suddenly stopped working. When powering up the PC the fans still spin, so it is receiving power, however it does not output any display signal. The card does not show up in device manager, even when set to show hidden devices. Troubleshooting so far:
