This final rule addresses Congressional mandates, Government Accountability Office recommendations, and public input received as part of the rulemaking process. WebbPHMSA Gas Gathering Rule: Overview of New Regulation The final rule, which had been in discussion for a decade, adds reporting requirements and expands on the definition of regulated gas gathering lines to include pipelines (Type C) that were previously exempt from Federal reporting requirements.
